1895 Establishment of Ferntree Gully Recreation Reserve Pty. Ltd. formed to purchase Lot 2 of Crown Allotment 536, Parish of Scoresby
1952 J.R.A. (Jim) Bradley took 10/68 in the 1st XI G/F (5/30 & 5/38) vs. FTG Footballers - We won our 5th 1st XI flag in six seasons
1952 A. (Alan) Kirkpatrick took 11/41 in the 2nd XI G/F (7/12 & 4/29) success vs. Lysterfield
1962 Official opening of new Clubrooms (now Scout Hall) celebrated by a match between the stars of the 1940's & 50's vs the 1960's - the former won by 1 run
